Junior Business Analyst – Wealth Management

About this role

Join additiv’s Platform Technology team and work at the intersection of software development and wealth management. As a Junior Business Analyst – Wealth, you will help shape how digital wealth and asset management solutions are designed, implemented, and delivered in a fast-paced, modern fintech environment.

This role is ideal for someone near the completion of their Master’s studies, with 1–2 years of experience in finance, a sharp interest in digital transformation, and a willingness to grow both technically and professionally.

Your responsibilities
  • Present information clearly in meetings, contribute ideas, and help build trust with clients, prospects and internal teams
  • Gain deep insight into additiv’s Portfolio Management System (PMS) and Order Management System (OMS), from both technical and business perspectives
  • Interface with stakeholders to present how digital wealth/asset management should function in a modern era
  • Act as a bridge between the product team and external stakeholders, clearly articulating requirements and communicating solutions
  • Dive into technical areas such as databases, APIs, and user interfaces while also supporting the business aspects, including sales, project delivery, and client engagement
Your qualifications, skills and experience
  • Near completion of a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in the finance industry, preferably in an asset / wealth management or trading-related role (basic understanding of trading / portfolio management concepts and financial instruments desired)
  • Familiarity with databases / data structures and experience / interest in APIs and / or financial software platforms
  • Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - a proactive mindset and a strong willingness to learn and grow
