About this role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, highly skilled Senior Business Consultant to join our growing Business Consulting team. As a Business Consultant at additiv, you will lead our clients through digital transformation and shape the future of their business models. Your deep understanding of financial services and technology will enable you to provide strategic insights, define new business models and redefine existing business processes, and guide clients through complex challenges. You’ll be instrumental in supporting our sales team, advising potential clients, and translating their needs into actionable business solutions.

Your responsibilities
  • Lead business development initiatives for the UAE market from ideation to presentation of solution delivery

  • Prepare and contribute to engaging client workshops to define unique value propositions, develop target operating models, and build strong business cases

  • Own and lead the business model design and work with solution architects to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscapes, identifying industry-specific opportunities and advising existing and new clients on optimal user journeys for diverse financial service segments

Your qualifications, skills and experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering. An MBA is a plus.

  • 5 - 7 years of management consulting experience within financial services or fintech

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on expertise in digital wealth management, insurance, credit or consumer banking

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear, practical strategies and solutions .A successful track record of meeting deadlines in a high-paced, high-demand environment A collaborative team player with a proactive, client-centered approach and a “can-do” attitude Excellent presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
