We are seeking a dynamic and skilled person to join our team. As Business Consultant at additiv, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' businesses. You will work closely with our prospects, leveraging your expertise to define new business models and transform existing ones. Your role will be crucial in driving consultative sales efforts, supporting our market organization in converting prospects into valued clients.
Your responsibilities
  • Drive business development initiatives from conceptualization to implementation of new business propositions

  • Engage in prospect and client discussions in a consultative selling manner and be a sparring partner to the sales representatives in the full sales lifecycle

  • Run workshops with clients to jointly define value propositions, target operating model and a convincing go-to-market strategy

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' business models, market trends, and competitive landscape

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of recommended solutions and deliver exceptional value to clients

  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance your expertise and deliver innovative solutions

Your qualifications, skills and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field

  • 2-5 years of experience in business consulting, financial services, or related industry. Prior experience in management consulting is a plus

  • Excellent problem-solving skills including analytical, storytelling and conceptual skills

  • Ability to cope with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment

  • Strong team player with a client-oriented attitude, willing to proactively drive solutions within highly motivated and diverse teams across functions and geographies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus

  • Flexibility to travel as needed
