About this role

The role of Project Manager Embedded Finance comprises the following responsibilities: Regional Delivery Management and Key Account Management.

Plan, implement and deliver additiv client projects on time and within specified budgets. Close collaboration with and management of internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver Embedded Finance projects for Swiss based clients. 

Your responsibilities
  • Act as a product champion towards our customers

  • Lead and manage assigned projects, execution and budgeting

  • Lead the definition of detailed project scope & objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility 

  • Plan and schedule project timelines, ensuring proper reporting and communication to all relevant stakeholders

  • Define project tasks and resource requirements for the Company, the customer, and any related third party

  • Lead the planning and implementation of the project and any risk and/or required corrective action

  • Support Presales tasks for business growth 

  • Focus on customer needs understanding, to support any new initiative and promote long term engagement

  • Manage vendor’s relationship to bring the best possible solutions to our customers

Your qualifications, skills and experience
  • Minimum 3 years proven track record as a Project Manager with end-to-end project responsibility within the financial services industry

  • A degree in business, computer science, engineering or related field 

  • Strong understanding of the banking domain, its products, processes and business practices and ideally first-hand knowledge of technology-based investment or advisory platforms 

  • Hands on Technical Project Manager, must be able to understand the main concepts of complex IT projects, manage plans, resources and reporting

  • Expertise in agile approaches and traditional project management methods and tools

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, strong stakeholder management and communications skills 

  • Quick learner with an ambitious and results driven personality 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English is a must

Location

This role is based in Frankfurt/Germany or Zürich/Switzerland. A hybrid working model is possible.
